Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Phone is pretty nice – I don’t have experience with this type and the operations are not as straight forward as a good laptop. And stuff to do stuff are hidden behind odd windows.

So far so good – So far so good. Had to use computer to update – which went smoothly.

Eh. – Got the phone everything worked great for the first month. Had awesome service at work which is what I wanted. Then all the sudden coverage dropped and randomly have no signal of and on. Now only randomly works on 3g and 4g lte is slower? Customer support was useless and no help.

Fantastic “Basic” Phone – This was a huge upgrade for me and at a quarter of the cost of phones with similar battery power, a great choice. I need a phone that makes reliable calls, keeps a good contact list, takes a decent picture once in a while, and doesn’t need to be charged all the time. This is it. I suppose if you want the very latest technology and have the money, you can get something else. If you want something that would have been top of the line just a couple of years ago and has excellent battery life, this may be the phone for you.

It works good most of the time – It works good most of the time but it has some disturbing quirks. It has lost the ability to connect to a cell service twice in ten days. The first was after only 3 days, second was 6 days later. Was able to fix by restarting the phone. Now I just restart it when I get the slow connection message which seems to be a little less than a week. Also the volume keys do not seem to work for adjusting the ring volume. That seems to be done through settings. They do have some affect on talk volume but not much. I am worried about the modem problem because I am positive one reviewer had to send his back after only 2 months because his quit connecting permanently and I have had mine exactly 1 month today. It has a nice big screen which I wanted to help with close vision problems and fairly long battery life. It also can connect too WiFi at 5G speeds of 150mps in stead of 4G LTE at 72mps. Comes with Android 9 but updates to 10. Amazon has done it to me again. I bought mine for $86 and they are selling it for $60.00 today

Not that great – The OS in this phone is something weird and harder to use than other androids

Cheaply Made for the price – Very low battery power and just has a cheap feel. Kind of wishing I’d gone with e5 instead
