Won’t power on unless the battery is completely dead. – The phone was lovely for a while, it worked powered on correctly, has an amazing battery life (it still does, and is honestly ironically not useful in the slightest.) But after a while of usage, an update came out for it. When I went to update my phone, it “rebooted” automatically. Then, it simply turned off, and never came back on, 2 days later after holding the power button every now and then to see if it would turn on, it finally did! But I tried contacting the company for help, but they don’t have any people here in the US, and if they do, I sure as hell didn’t see any mention on their website. The phone from this point couldn’t do outgoing calls, I could hear the other person, but they couldn’t hear me. It would randomly turn off in my pocket, not turning on for three or even five days. Which is extraordinarily inconvenient. The longest I had my phone constantly on was for 55 days, to which the software started to degrade significantly, I knew it was time for a restart, so I drained its battery using the flashlight. That works best (draining the battery, then turning it on). But the last straw was this morning, I put it in to charge last night, woke up this morning to a dead phone. I just thought this one was the one.

Great, but be warned – The phone itself is fantastic. The processor could handle most modern games like pokemon go and the photos were very good. Unfortunately I couldn’t enjoy this phone for too long. I ended up having to return this phone because the carrier I was planning to add it to no longer supported the bands that this phone was able to connect to. this would be a great phone if you’re planning to use it specifically for Wi-Fi calling. But if you are intending to use it on a North American carrier, call the carrier before ordering the phone to make sure that they will actually support the bands. At time of writing cricket has stopped supporting 3G wireless and thus could not use the phone on their network. Aside from that again this phone is fantastic highly recommended. The dual sim was nice too

Great value – It’s not a miracle, it’s a very middle of the road smartphone and it’s bogged down a little in the 6 months I’ve had it. But for just under 200 bucks you cant ask for anything better, does everything you need and most of the stuff you want.

All contents weren’t included!!! – The phone’s specifications and functions are as expected because I did my research but, I didn’t get the hand bands, stickers & the eurosian to US power adapter that I was supposed to!!!

Nothing but great things for the price – Great phone for the money. Linus from linus tech tips did a short circuit on the device and as a confirmed buyer. You can’t beat this phone for the price. My favorite thing about it is the dual sim and side fingerprint scanner.

Pretty good — not great, but pretty good. – The best part of this phone is the huge battery and that it’s pretty fast… you get what you pay for. This is a completely serviceable phone and will do basically everything 95% of people need a phone to do, and it will do it fast and without issues.
