Activation Issues – I bought this phone for my grandson. I knew it was locked to Verizon. That was fine because I was going to add it to my Verizon. Little did I know it was going to take me 8 hours to get it activated. I even took it to our local Verizon store to get help activating it. There I was told they couldn’t unlock and activate it because I hadn’t bought it there. After several frustrating hours, I was able to reach an actual person in Tech support. It took him about 15 minutes to get it unlocked and activated for me.

Great price for a good phone – I think the processor is a little slower than my previous phone because apps crash a lot. The phone seems to have more storage and didn’t have a ton of bloatware. Great price.

Moto e5 go Crappy phone – I absolutely abhor this phone. It’s nothing like my moto e5 which was much nice to work with. The one thing I absolutely hate about this phone is the Google Go thingy. That thing is horrible so I try not to use it. The worse thing is I can’t uninstall the damned thing and I can’t install the old one. Thanks alot google for forcing the lite google go down my throat.
