This is a piece of trash cell phone – This is the worst cellphone I’ve ever bought, poor signal, low memory, just a pice of trash. Do not make the same mistake!! I can’t even return this garbage.

A huge waste of my time – I followed instructions very carefully, however could not get it to except my Verizon Sim card. After much frustration I took it to not one or two Verizon stores to see if they could figure it out, and several sims later and a lot of wasted I time was still without a working phone

internet connection problems – i thought everyone was lying but sadly it’s true. my only issue is the fact that my internet wont stay connected. sometimes it would show other times it wont. if amazon is gonna sell no name brand phones make sure everything works and make it real. but ill give it 3 stars
