No Warranty from Umidigi – I purchased a Umidigi phone from Amazon sold by Umidigi. The phone died in 8 months, phone no longer charging. Contacted Umidigi 3 times. Every time, Umidigi responded with a generic email telling me to read the instruction manual. When I clicked a link from the email to escalate the warranty request, the link sent me to an unsecured website that Google browser says I should not go there. Umidigi says there is one year warranty on the phone. There is no phone number provided by Umidigi that I can call.

Power! – I bought this phone because I have had good experience with UMIDIGI in the past and I became totally disgusted with the battery life I was getting with an iPhone. Honestly, I am just giddy about how well this phone performs! I’m posting a pic of the *96%* charge it held after setup and 5 days use. It amazingly came all the way from (I presume) China with 99% charge. I’ve run it down some and the USB-C charger is really fast. It includes the charger block and cable, unlike Apple. I plan to see how long it takes to run it down to a few percent and see how long it takes to fully charge. I will update with that info, but so far I am really happy.

The first full charge lasted more than 2 full days with normal usage. The bootup is very quick, and touch screen is very responsive. The 16MP back camera and 8MP front camera both produced acceptable quality photos. The phone calls have good clarity, and no issues so far. Please note there is no headphone in the package.
