Slight issues for me…. – I really hated to return this phone. Excellent size and weight fitting my hand just right. However my phone took over 3 minutes from power OFF to power ON. Might have been just a bad phone switch. Not QC / Fast Charge capable. You can only charge the phone with the C type USB cable ( I didn’t see that in the product description for the product). Once it worked, it’s quick to operate with a good screen resolution. The only slow part for me was the 4G. Would have been nice to see a 5G version. I also raised my rating to 4 stars. The tech / Customer support has been excellent.

Nice Size and battery life. – This phone Works well, except when it doesn’t..now, I am puzzled whether it could be Android 11, the phone software, or carrier. BUT it loses connection every 2 or 3 days. The calls and texts don’t come in and others say either they get a busy signal or voicemail picks up. All that’s needed is a reboot to get it back, but still annoying. Also had major issue trying to format SD card. Kept losing the settings and at every reboot it wants to try and format the card. Also I was upset that it only has the 2.4 Ghz. And not the 5Ghz radio, after receiving it. The face recognition works great but the fingerprint sensor is mediocre at best. There is lots to like about the phone, but needs these bugs ironed out. Hubby and I each have one of these and the size of battery was the biggest draw but I myself may just go back to the Umidigi phones which have been excellent in the past.

It restarts itself – UPDATE: customer service reached out to me(completely unexpected) to try and resolve my issue. The lady whose name starts with an R has been super nice and helpful! Ulefone is a great company, i just had one bad experience. I totally recommend them! The amount of patience customer service has is unbelievable and really appreciated!

Love hate relationship – What I just like the most about this phone is that it will not receive incoming calls it goes straight to voicemail we have tried everything possible to make sure that everything was off this should be off and on they should be on with no avail it still won’t receive incoming calls they go straight to voicemail all calls for the voicemail now that problem could be fixed I like the phone I like it a lot I like the size I like the size of the screen I like the easiness of using it I just like this phone a lot but unfortunately I think I’m going to have to return this one and I might or might not try another one

Surprisingly well made phone – Great phone! I have had this phone for a few months now. So far no complaints! Feels well made and solid! I am a grounds keeper. Constantly mowing, chainsawing, fixing sprinkler heads, working outside in ALL weather even rain. Phone is rugged and holds up well! Now I don’t think I would take a sledgehammer to it lol. But with every day use and being exposed to elements it works great. The screen still funtions precisely when wet. No fear of dropping it out of my pocket and falling into mud or water. Doesn’t effect the phone if you do. You can just wash it. Make sure all thick rubber covers for your charger are closed and sealed correctly to get full water and weather protection. (obviously). After much use of opening and closing the rubber protector on the charging port still seals correctly and is showing no signs of getting loose. The sides of the phone are metal. The black is a hard rubber. The Pictures it takes are crisp. Bluetooth syncs up nicely and is very easy. Also stays connected and will connect automatically once you add it to the list of approved Bluetooth connections. The phone speaker is loud. The battery is my favorite feature about this device! Now I am not a heavy user in my opinion. But I have it on for about ten to twelve hours a day, listen to music for about 3 hours and play games on it for an hour or two and I only have to charge it every 3 to 4 days! Also charges fast. I use the charger it came with and from 9 percent to full in about 2 hours. Another nice feature is the small color changing led light. It is very small so it is not annoying yet still noticable. It slowly fades off and on for the following….red for low battery, blue for missed text, phone call or email. Which I find useful. At a glance I can tell what is going on without unlocking or having to wake the phone. The led turns solid red while charging and green when charging is complete. The Graphics are really good on this device as well. Infact it has enhanced some of the games that I played previously on my old phone and shows small little details that I never received before! Oh lastly There is no audio jack on this phone which is no big deal to me but might be to some. It takes a type C charger and the also make headphones with that type of end if you really need it. Very happy I bought this! Ah almost forgot it does have finger print and face recognition. I don’t use those features so can’t comment on the quality of those.
