first smart phone – This is my first smart phone. I finally had to give up my flip phone. It’s all new to me. I had a few questions , which might be considered simple by others, but the customer service of the seller was quick to politely reply and answer my questions. So far it’s excellent customer service and tech support. Seller’s representative, Joanna, has been very helpful. My much more tech knowledgeable friends really like this phone and the price as well.

It’s cheap, but just get something used and you’ll save money and have a better phone – I’m going to get this out of the way, I did try a Cricket (which is AT&T) SIM, it did not work. It looked like it did but data didn’t work and a few minutes later I got an angry text from Cricket about the incompatible device, so don’t use this if you’re using AT&T’s network.

Not Version compatible!! – Ordered it online, took it to Verizon, switched everything over, then I found out it is NOT Verizon compatible. So disappointed and frustrated. Then took it to another carrier and they told me it was only a 2g phone. When I was shopping I typed in 5g, 138 mg etc. WTF

ok – It works, processor is slow. Sometimes the button needs to be tapped twice. It needs a second to think. It moves slower than I think it should. For the money it’s a good deal. Don’t expect performance like brand name phones. You get what you pay for.
