Research this phone before you buy – First thing I noticed was the ruggedness of the phone. It’s what I was looking for since I just destroyed another phone today at the lake. However there are a few major differences from my Samsung phones that need to be addressed. 1. As previously noted by other reviews the volume on the phone and speaker phone are terrible. I can barely hear my calls with the volume at Max. 2. The camera pales in comparison to a low grade Samsung phone. I cannot take pictures outdoors in the sun, the glare is blinding. And 3, the most annoying is getting used to Android 10. For starters you will never be able to remove the Google search bar on the home screen which takes up a 1×4 widget and no more function buttons. Now even though I am very disappointed with the phone I must give high praise to the seller. I received my phone next day and in original packaging as promised. I will be looking to see if the seller has a different phone without Android 10.

Feeling completely ripped off!! – My biggest issue with the phone is you cannot select which text messages you want to be notified about and which ones you do not, and still have the notification dot work. You have to have everything selected in order for the dot to function otherwise if you turn just one thing off, it will not work and you are left in the dark as to whether or not someone has texted or called unless you are constantly turning the phone on and checking.

Love it – Ive been a Moterola user for 15 years, all different models. decided to try this because I needed durability. ….Been using it for work & home, sitting on it probably 50 times, 3 drops on concrete, no problem. My ONLY complain is……… sometimes the screen tends to be a bit dim even with the brightness maxed out. especially if your in the sun. But then again My eyes arent what they use to be. But thats my only complaint. Outdoors the screen can seem a bit dull making it harder to see detail. Otherwise………AWESOME Purchase.
