It won’t charge from a wall outlet. Only from a battery pack. – It won’t charge from a wall outlet. only from a battery pack. Using a 2.4 amp wall charger, it went from 11% to 16% in 2 hours.

Incredible smart phone, great value! – I gave it a couple of days after receiving this item to write the review. I think it’s fair to say that after almost a week, this phone has totally satisfied my expectations. I’ve dropped it a few times as I’m busy setting up displays at home and absolutely nothing happened to it. Very impressed of how sturdy it is. Plus it also came with a screen protector that was very easy to put on. The battery life is amazing. I’ve had it on stand by for almost three days now, just testing how long it would last. It’s half battery on day three. Wow! It’s a great smartphone that responds to touch as expected. The phone has dual camera as well and I’ve taken some decent pictures and video too. I’ve put music and video to test it out and it’s definitely not disappointing. For your money, you’re certainly getting a value here! Works with 4G and I plugged in SIM without issues. Overall recommend for a sturdy, durable phone that’s user-friendly and cost effective.

Rugged phone with some software glitches – Phone is durable, but has some software glitches that are very annoying. For instance, phone will ring, but the onscreen button to answer the call is not there, so no way to answer the call. I also get a glitch where the call end button won’t work. No matter how many times you push it, the call won’t end. Another annoying glitch is in the email apps. I will click on an email to open it, and it opens a completely different email. Seems to be a phone issue, not an app issue.
