Lots of storage – After my last smartphone, I had to purchase one with another more storage due to my last one had to keep deleting files that I needed in order to download other apps I needed. Very happy with the new phone and if I need to will purchase again from seller. The only problem is that the battery needs charging every few hours during the day, so maybe it just needs a new battery if I can find one for this model of Samsung. AM very happy with purchase regardless and after previous phone, that is saying another. Fast delivery.

Problems with Tracfone – Purchased in March 2022 the start button fell out off the phone in August 2022. Since it was under warranty I had to deal directly with Tracfone to get the phone replaced. Their systems are so out dated it took almost six weeks to get the information to get a mailing label to mail the phone back. Mailed back in October 2022 and as of December 2022 I still do not have a replacement phone. I have been told so many different stories after numerous telephone calls. It is very difficult to speak with a real person and once you do you get the run around. Very disappointed and up set with this whole process. In the mean time I needed to replace the phone or would have been without a phone this whole time. Last time I spoke to a real person about a week ago they gave me a tracking number for UPS but still have not mailed the phone.

nice phone – Bought this to replace a broken one, have no issues at all, works fine for me. I don’t spend all day on my phone like other people, so it is good for me. No problems connecting to wifi, no problems transferring data or using apps, battery lasts a while and it charges quickly. Just bought another one for my son, he is also happy with it and spends more time using his phone than I do.

Probably the best budget phone out there – I was scared with ordering from Amazon because its not easy to return if damaged etc but phone is in good condition and works perfect also a12 i was skeptical on if the phone its would lag but i havent had that problem yet and works fast also GOOGLE ASSISTANT DOESNT WORK WHEN THE SCREEN IS OFF IT WILL WORK ON LOCKSCREEN BUT YOULL HAVE TO WAKE THE LOCKSCREEN FOR ASSISTANT not like siri that would wake the phone on lockscreen (meaning phone on but screen is in sleep mode. black) also phone is big but i like it also camera quality is like a 7 plus its android so receiving video are very poor quality hopes this helps when picking ur next phone

By far, best phone for the price. except for one issue. Very fragile glass! Buy a good shield. – BTY, If you ever plan to use AMEX buyer protection for anything you buy don’t. It’s a scam with many tedious steps only to discourage you.

This phone is excellent – I purchased this phone recently for my husband to use. When I bought an iPhone, I gave him my old Samsung phone, and after 5 years of service, that one broke. So, I ordered this phone for him. He didn’t care about the features on the phone – he said he just needed to be able to make a call or answer a call. He is happy with it. I enjoy using his phone for Google news and the neighborhood site – I like it better than my iPhone for this purpose. All, we are both happy with the phone.

I really liked the phone except for one thing. – I really did like almost everything about this phone. My only problem was that I couldn’t get the GPS to calibrate. It would never show the compass direction and the accuracy of mapping programs was definitely not that great. Amazon was great in replacing it with another but the replacement was a clone of the first.
