Purchase advice :
-
Warranty :
Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?
-
Shipping :
Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Trash bloatware that ruins apps push notification like a ring doorbell – This phone is absolute garbage. TCL puts trash bloatware on the phone called smart manager. It kills all applications that are running in the background randomly. That means you don’t get push notifications from apps like ring doorbell and any other apps that send push notifications. TCL has turned a smartphone into a dumb phone. I will never get another TCL phone again. There is no way to disable the bloatware without hooking your phone up to a computer and figuring out what code to type to disable the bloatware. Huge disappointment.

GREAT PHONE FOR THE PRICE! – For a 100$ i just could not pass on this bargain. The phone works right out of the box on Visible Wireless which is owned by Verizon. Very nice screen and reception but the speaker is a little weak. If you are looking for a cheap 5g phone that works well ,this phone is definitely worth it

Survived a 1500lb crush – I bought this phone with the case shown in the pic. It fell out of my pocket on to the ground without me realizing it. After I moved my Equinox it was looking for my phone, when I found it in my asphalt driveway. I have backed my SUV over it, face up. It still works despite having a stress bend due to the finger ring being in the middle. I don’t know if the front screen is actually cracked as the tempered glass it still on it, but even if it is, I am totally amazed that the phone withstood being run over by a midsize SUV, the front wheel.

Great Camera! – Purchased this phone mainly for the advanced camera resolution. Use it to do online sales photos. Not disappointed.

Decent phone, for coming out 2 year’s ago, they already stopped updating the software. – Bought this for my daughter. Good phone, battery life could be a little better. Otherwise she’s happy.

I’ll never buy a $500+ phone again. – Since about 2011 I’ve always used flagship Samsung Galaxy phones. I found myself in a financial pinch and needed a new phone and I didn’t want financing and a contract. I don’t play games, but I do use a lot of office type apps. It’s more powerful than what I need. The battery life is better than any phone I’ve ever had before. This phone greatly surpasses “good enough” for my needs and I honestly notice very little of a difference. When I do, it’s not worth a $1000 more price tag. I love the richness of color in my photos. I am quite pleased.

Having issues with Verizon compatibility. – Verizon has spotty 5G service in L.A. So we can’t connect or have bad reception 50% of the time.
