I did not order a prepaid phone! Battery was 0% dead on arrival!! – I received a prepaid phone!!?!! I saw nothing in the description about a Prepaid unit!! Took me 3 hours with Verizon Tech support to get this phone to work!!! I’m not happy!

B Stock = Almost Perfect! – I really had to search on the phone to find any defects and there was just a light scuff in the corner like from a case that was on the phone but I really had to zoom in to see it. Rest of the phone was perfect. Phone has really no bloatware either. It is a perfect fit in the Razer Kishi for gaming with big screen, big battery and loud speaker.

A good phone – This is a very decent cell phone and no less satisfying than phones more than twice as the price. It has a very good screen response time, a good camera, and good battery retention. With not very heavy usage, I often recharge every other day. With the cons, one is that the speaker volume is not as loud as iPhone; the other is it is slightly heavier than iPhone.

Phone will not receive SMS text. – Phone itself feels and looks fine. For some reason, it won’t receive text but it can send. Something with the OS is awry because sms works fine in other phones when moving the sim card to a different phone

After 7 months ive grown to hate it – The camera is great but all my pictures always end up corrupted so i lost them all and my videos too the back is super slippery n falls off anywhere i put it down they dont make any good cases for the phone the 1 i had fell apart already i have to reset the phone everyday or it wont work right my experience with this phone has not been good i wish i wouldve bought something else

Less than one star – I’m very dissatisfied with the customer service I received. My charger caught fire while charging my phone. I burned my finger. Thank God I was sitting next to it. First I was told they are not responsible for my electrical outlet which was not the cause. I clarified that it was the charger not the outlet. I was told that it was high quality. I guess safety is not important!!! If I could give less than one star I would.
