    Purchase advice :

    • Warranty :

Check the duration of the warranty and also the faults and defects it covers. Is it complete or limited? and What is included in the warranty (parts, repairs or both)?

    • Shipping :

Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)

    • Proof of purchase :

Does the shop give you an invoice ?

    • After-sales service :

Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Feels Like Good Quality – I like the solid feel and the fact that the battery is user replaceable. Display is bright and clear. Auto level is the best I have ever had in a cell phone. The Android OS is oddly different that my previous Kyocera DuraForce but I guess each manufacturer has some latitude for tweeks. The drop-in charger is silly costly, but a little shopping around will reveal repair parts on-line that along with your own plug-in USB power cube will make a nice drop in desktop charger that mate up with the two power contacts on the back of the phone. It does not have the usual 3- or 4- circuit headset socket, but an inexpensive USB-C to headset adapter will send audio to your earphones very nicely. Only down side with that is that the USB-C is also the power input receptacle so you have to run on battery power. I have only one app that misbehaves a bit (Active-911 on prior phones was easily set to come to front of display screen whenever it alerted; now, I have to hit the app’s launch button to see the info displayed — I have not found the the way to tell Android to allow Active-911 app to write over other apps.) Very happy user so far. Oh, yes, Sonim support actually answers emails in about a week. That’s high praise I think.

Updated could not receive text messages UPDATED – UPDATE from first review: I am amending the review below. I returned this one and got another renewed one from the same place they were very helpful in their service. they tested the new one before sending it and it worked. They were also very quick in their response time. Unfortunately the problem is with my Verizon account. If only their service was as good I’m still waiting for them to fix the problem. (First Review) I received this phone looked good, Like new, I was unable to activate it for a few weeks because of work. Looks like a nice phone . Set up wasn’t too bad except for the fact that I could not receive any texts. I updated the phone 3 times, and finally did a hard reset. to no avail. I’m going to order the last one and try again. Hopefully it will not have the same problem. After spending 5 hours on the phone with a Verizon service person and taking up my day off. I will update my review when the replacement comes. hopefully It will be better
