This phone was working good until it wasn’t keeping a charge it dies super … – This phone was working good until it wasn’t keeping a charge it dies super fast I bought a new battery because I thought it was just the battery but it still dyed really fast so I gave it away because I didn’t like this phone what so ever it ran really slow also and would close apps all the time and say that they are not responding it can’t keep up or multitask like the describtion said this phone is literally trash I would get a s5 or higher if I were whoever who is thinking about ordering this I have had that phone for like a week and had all of these issues I have now got a iPhone 6 and love it thanks

Happy as a lark with my Samsung Smart Phone – As a first-time smart phone owner, I was like a kid in a toy store with my Samsung Galaxy S4 Unlocked smart phone! I love the big screen, and it is super user friendly – even for a senior citizen. My daughter set everything up and gave me a crash course in using it. Now I’m off and running! My husband also bought the same phone. We practiced calling and texting each other from our kitchen to the living room – in plain view of one another!

New Android – Selected the Samsung Galaxy S4 since I loved my Samsung Galaxy S2, before it went whacko. This phone is not as simple and has a lot of useless Tmobile apps. Once set-up the way you want it, seems to be equal may-be better than my S2. Still new so will have to get back to you. Would be nice to have loaded some decent ringtones.

A MetroPCS phone Instead of T-Mobile as advertised – Is not a T-Mobile phone as described, but a MetroPCS phone. Very disappointing as I paid more for this listing to be certain to get the T-Mobile model for compatibility and efficiency. Apparently MetroPCS runs on the T-Moible network, but that doesn’t make this a T-Mobile phone, this item’s description is misleading. Phone says MetroPCS on it, the boot screen says MetroPCS and it is loaded with Metro PCS apps, which send unnecessary notifications. Battery was a tight fit and the phone would shut off 5+ times a day. Buying a new battery solved that and the phone works fine after, but this phone is not a purchase I am happy about.

scuffs & scratches but looks brand new to me. – This phone has a habit of freezing up. Can’t answer calls and can’t hang-upyb. In other words, you have to restart to get working properly. I replaced with Galaxy S10. Works great. Reason didn’t return because kept to long.
