      Phone didn’t work and back was off but they are taking it back with no problem so far. – When I opened the box the back was off the phone. I put it back on and turned it on. It had 47% power, I plugged it in and it wouldn’t charge. I am in the process of returning it and so far so good.

      Many issues – I’ve had this phone for 2 months now, I wanted to wait a while before giving it a review. Many problems. For one the battery dies very quickly and the phone is rather laggy. I’ve had new Galaxy 9s in the past and they are always very fast. Apps on this phone lag opening and just general OS lag with everything else. Full charged battery lasts maybe 8 hours with heavy use, my new galaxys lasted easily 18 hours to a whole day with heavy use.
