      returned did not work – did not work. the s9 was not compatible for my wife hearing aid.

      Dont depend on 2 day – Great phone no issues so far with phone, popped sim card in and i was using it. Alot of great features this is my 2nd ref. Phone my last one lasted 7 years so i wasnt worried about buying another. Only problem i had was with Prime it took 7 days for it to get here thats way too long esp. when i have Prime customer service is a joke they kept giving me the run around said that its 2 days after it leaves full fillment center not when its ordered ” SINCE WHEN” I was showing screenshots of items saying 4 to 5 day delivery and they kept saying it wasnt a prime offer when clearly it said it was.
