Good product, good service. – After careful research, I felt Samsung was the best product on the market at this time, because of its’ features and design. Since I shall be traveling to Europe eminently, I wanted to be able to access the Internet for international information and communication. I am a novice with cell phone technology and am attempting to learn about my first smartphone, required SIM connections, and information available with apps via the Internet. The satelite reception for my area is poor to non-existent, so I have not rushed to purchase a smart phone. I received my package promptly. However, I thought I had a problem since both the T-Mobile sales person and I were unable to power up the phone. I’m unsure as to the sales person’s problem. Yes, I was blonde in my younger days. And there is a steep learning curve for us old folks with technology.Troy with TechCell2013 very graciously offered to exchange the phone for another, pay for the extra shipping, and include extras for the inconvenience. Troy found that the phone did indeed power up and he re-shipped the phone after turtoring me with the location of the power switch. There was an unexpected delay in the re-shipment. Troy explained that he had a family emergency that detained the preparation and re-shipment. I can recommend both the Galaxy S4 unlocked phone and any purchase from TechCell2013.

Excellent phone, but still bearing carrier logo and all its Apps! Not cool! – UPDATE Dec. 28, 2015 – This phone was returned. Nine days after receiving it and using it, the battery stopped charging and the phone went dead. I returned it and purchased another smartphone with a different OS at a local retail store. So I cannot support the previous review any longer.

I enjoy the phone a lot more than the iPhone I … – Phone came as advertised very quickly, and it was just a matter of swapping SIM cards since I wasn’t changing carriers and the phone was GSM unlocked. I enjoy the phone a lot more than the iPhone I just switched from. Only complaint is the battery seems to drain very quickly, and the phone is pre-loaded with a lot of unnecessary programs.

Great Phone, Works Perfect, Usual Samsung Tons of Bloatware Bog Down Performance Unless Removed – The phone works great, I’ve had it a month or 2 now and it’s been pretty damn good. The reason I give 4 stars is the insane amount of bloatware that always comes standard on Samsung devices. It took me awhile to find a method to removing it to really speed up the device to what it could be right out of the box without all that bloatware. Bloatware which is software the phone comes with pre-installed and most of which is difficult to get rid of. This waste of space slows down the phone by taking up hard drive space and RAM constantly. Until they make this garbage optional on the phone I’ll never give a Samsung product like this a 5 star review.

Good phone, like brand new – Everything came in better shape than I thought it would. No scratches or dents in the phone; it was as good as brand new. The only problem is that now it occasionally says my sim card cant be detected and forces me to restart my phone which I’ve never had that problem with my sim card before. It came with certain AT&T apps installed on the phone but it wasn’t a problem disabling the apps through the settings. All in all, it was a good purchase, and three months later I still have no problems.

Good phone for the price..im satisfied – well firstly i bought this phone as Christmas gift for my self because i was desperately in need of a new one and i currently go to school i do not work so this price range attracted me and fit my budget. It came on time and its refurbished but it look like new, it came fully unlocked which is great for me seeing that where i’m living GSM carriers are used. I love the arctic blue because its color is unique and the size is excellent for my small thin hands. It is not fake it is the real Samsung galaxy S4 1337 16Gb all features with reference to software seems to be intact. The reasons why i did not give this device five stars is that the battery life upon arrival was not satisfactory..i’m a busy individual always on the go so my phone always has to be on. sometimes i would charge it twice a day which is downer for me,even though i closed the apps that are not in use…i guess i might have to get a new battery and i think the camera quality should have been better the front camera is sometimes fuzzy…but i’m not really a selfie person so i don’t take alot of pictures lol but overall its good phone for the price and works as expected after one month of purchase i’m
