In perfect condition! – I was impressed with the perfect condition of my new phone even though it was an open box item! No fingerprints or any signs it had been handled or used previously. Works perfectly and I really needed the discount due to money constraints!! So happy I found this phone on Amazon for much less than I would have been forced to pay in a regular store.

Great – This phone came well packaged and it works wonderfully. I was able to connect to my carrier and transfer my data from my old phone, the phone also looks new and I didn’t notice any scratches or dents. The pictures come out perfect and has many new features and I like that the phone is not too big. There is only two issues I’m encountering which is battery life and the phone over heats. I have to charge the phone every 5 hours with heavy use and when I’m using it the phone overheats. I’ve looked through some solutions which are sleeping some apps and lowering the screen brightness, it has worked a bit. Other than that the phone is fun to use.
