However it looks, appears, and functions as if it is brand new. I am very satisfied with this product. I am always kind of scared and hesitant of purchasing electrical high tech items. Phone is great but the charger… – The charger died after 1 hour of use, It burnt up and I wasn’t at home while it remained plugged into my power bar so that could have costed me my home. Do not use the charger that came with the phone because this experience alone is very serious. ( I know it was about 1 hour of use because I didn’t notice until a couple hours later that my phone didn’t completely charge even though it had ample time to do so (about 2 hours worth of time ) )

Overall good phone. – Phone arrived a day sooner than expected. Seller used overnight shipping from fedex. Camera quality is amazing! Definitely my favorite part of the phone. Battery life isn’t great. I usually have to charge it in the afternoon. Body has some pretty sever scuffs. Looks like it was dropped pretty hard on concrete

Phantom Red is – I love my new phone especially the color it’s so beautiful it looks brand new besides the minor scratches on the gold camera in my photos. The screen size is perfect!! The only thing that I would change about this phone would be where the speaker is located I usually talk on speaker phone and when I stand my phone up the person on the other line cannot hear me and I can’t really hear them. Why not put 2 speakers on the phone an additional speaker on the side would have been perfect The battery life seems fine and the camera captures beautiful photos. Samsung is my favorite I just wish they would have thought the speaker placement through, especially since we don’t have a earbuds slot nor SD slot A additional speaker wouldn’t have hurt.

Fantastic phone – I returned this phone because there was a spot on the screen where someone clearly tried to remove the glass with a screwdriver or something of the like (it annoys me the company even sent that particular phone to me). Unfortunate too because I liked that phone. Much better than the S22 I got instead. Best battery I’ve ever had in a phone too. Major con (as with all new Samsung phones), their new screen fingerprint reader is an abomination to fingerprint readers. It worked significantly better on the back of the phone (like the S9, etc…).
