working good – My phone is still working good. it looks new and clean when I received it and activated it with no issue. the processing is fast and battery is good. The shipment was fast as well as i received it as promised on time.

2nd hand phone works great – This is not entirely like new as there were some scratches on the sides but pretty minimal and I’ve got it in a case since it’s glass on both sides. I love this phone. Switched from iPhone 8+. Got a great deal on this piece. People can even hear me better. Even with my budget ear pods. It’s mega fast downloading new apps in seconds. Face ID isn’t that great and neither is finger print. They both only work some of the time. But it’s not a big deal.

dont use the charge cable and adapter provided you will need a type C – Chubbiestech needs to state up front to customers and advise their tech support that a type C charge cable is needed for Samsung S21 Phones. Cheap cable/adapter provided took over 4hrs to get to 53%. If I would have known, cable could have been ordered at the same time as phone saving time and worry about the phone purchase.

False advertising, poor quality. Don’t waste your time and money. – The phone was advertised as being phantom violet and they shipped the black model instead. They also advertise the phone as being in “excellent condition” and that “The screen and body show no signs of cosmetic damage visible from 12 inches away.” As you can see from the pictures, that’s clearly not the case. Whoever glued the back screen back on did a terrible job. The glue is visible, the screen was put on unevenly, and because of these there are large gaps that I can completely fit my nails in. Even with a case this phone would likely fall apart the moment it fell because of the shoddy job that was done fitting the screen. Nobody in their right mind would look at this phone and say that it comes as advertised and frankly, the fact that they sent the wrong color phone and in this condition says to me that quality control is not something this company cares about. I am going to return this item and they’ll try to unload it on you. Don’t be a sucker. Don’t waste your time on what looks like a slight discount. You’ll end up returning the item, and paying a higher amount anyway. Stay away!

Phone’s showed up flawless, and has stayed that way with a proper case and screen protector. You would never know it was refurbished! Great buy, will definitely go this route for my next phone.
