Won’t activate on verizon network – Can’t activate the phone

Adequate, but cheap out on some features you’ll miss – NOTE – this is all about the manufacturer, not the seller.

No manual included, so setup and access to features was a little slow to accomplish. – The phone looked as good as new. Once I was able to figure out the settings, with a lot of help from you tube and my son, things were OK. After having it for a week, it’s working well. Charges well, and battery life has been good so far. All of my apps have been working well thanks to the increase in memory over my old Samsung phone. Would be 5 stars if a manual had been included.

Wife loves it!!!! – Worth ever penny!!! Upgraded from the PIXEL to this phone and she loves it. I am using Spectrum Cellphone and the transfer was easy.

Good phone – I can hear well on this. No problems. Works as it should. Battery life is average.

Nice – I received the phone in pristine condition. The phones were purchased for my wife and daughter since their phone’s batteries were no longer up to par. I plugged in the phones with the supplied charger and cable, and received an error message (See photo). I used a spare charger and it worked fine. I used the Samsung SmartSwitch program, but it was less than perfect. I upgraded my daughters phone, and everything for the most part switched over. But my wifes phone was another matter. She had so many text messages, it could only transfer over 2 years worth of messaged. Something in reference to her Galaxy S9 didn’t have enough space on it to chache the transfer of data to the new phone. The Passwords she had to either remember or reset. As far as the error I received, it was promptly taken care of by the vendor. I contacted them through Amazon, and they sent me replacement AC Adapters and they worked fine. They did not give me any hassle. I sent them a picture of the old Adapter to make sure they didn’t send the same ones (both didn’t work same model). I will give an update if there are any issues.

Great purchase! – After reviews I was kind of skeptical to go this route on a phone. I am very happy I did! Arrived a day early too! So far so good and very easy to set up with switching from one phone to another. I used the Switch app. No visible damage that I can see either. Everything works wonderfully! I think the battery should last a little longer but I am also using this phone a lot more than I did my last one. I would recommend and I went with thegadgetdeals. My son had bought an S10 from them a few months earlier and had no issues either. Love my phone!!!
