   Decent phone but – Its a decent phone but its already broken the fingerprint never worked said it needed calbration and there is no option to do that and i even had a otter box and one tiny drop and tiny crack and its blinking rainbows and black dots

   good product at a good price – I upgraded from a Samsung S9, and couldn’t be happier. I love the bigger screen. Also, the S9 had buttons that were almost flush with the case and very hard to locate without looking. That problem is fixed on the S20. I got an excellent price here, too. (2 models behind the current model is usually a sweet spot for upgrade at a good price.)

   Good but updates so many times – My old phone is almost 6 yrs old samsung s8 with 10k text & many apps. So spent 1.5 hours at my phone carrier store. They transfered all my data to this phone.

   Clean phone, working great – There were complaints about battery life and about touch sensitivity but so far its been fine for me. I started at 100% and was able to run Google maps and a music app for 3-4 hours nonstop on a roadtrip and the battery was at like 32% without charging. It’s pretty lightweight and it has a lot of customizable options (I particularly like the eye comfort guard).

   The phone comes with a very annoying bug: 407 Internal Error. – The phone comes with a very annoying bug: 407 Internal Error so every hour it tries to “activate the device” and “register with the network” and fails, but takes quite some time to do so and always has a notification active saying so. I have trid many online forums to fix the problema and nothing has worked.

   Recomendable la vdd – Sí fue lo que esperaba y estoy contento con ello, lo compré desde México y no hubo problema con el envio. Con algunos arañazos en el marco metálico y marcas del anterior dueño en la parte plástica para mí valió la pena por el costo y siendo la versión SD 865 5g difícil de encontrar en México por un mejor precio. Prende como TMobile y nunca desaparecerá su logo en el reinicio pero acepta cualquier SIM como Telcel 5g. Ya llevo un par de semanas con él y no ha tenido falla alguna, se calentaba un poco los primeros días y ahora solo cuando juego algo pesado. Si no eres en extremo exigente es una buena compra, no es la experiencia de abrir un dispositivo nuevo de fábrica pero ofrece mucho por el costo y la neta salió bien.

    This is a very dependable and reasonably priced phone buying from Amzon. – I wanted an updated phone at a reasonable price. I did buy the phone new. No imperfections noted. I wanted the specific qualities of the Samsung FE. I still wanted the ability to use an plug=in headphone in case of emergency. I am pleased with the charging mechanism and the ability to use an adapter as needed. The camera is fast and has really improved in quality. Pictures are sharp and accurate coloring noted. I am very pleased and would use this option again to purchase a phone.

    Worked without any problems – Got the phone, transferred the Sim and SD card from s9+ turned on and worked without any problems. Used Samsung Smart Switch and Google play to transfer apps and files from old phone to the new phone. Had to re-setup all the MFAs I use for work, but was expecting that. Love the in screen fingerprint scanner. Much easier to use then the back scanner I used on the S9+. It will miss from time to time, but especially at work where I have to do MFA authorizations many times throughout the day when connecting to user’s computers and servers to check settings or perform remote fixes it is so much easier to press my thumb to the front of the screen than having to pull off the wireless charger to scan from the back. Battery life is great. Old S9+ could barely make it through a normal 8 hour shift and sometimes it wouldn’t. The S20 FE makes it through a 12 hour extended shift with more than normal MFA with 27% battery still left. Can’t really speak to the camera as if I am wanting to take good pictures I will pull out the Canon Rebel. For quick snaps of serial numbers, model numbers and things like that it works fine. Hands free is much clearer than on the S9+ as I don’t get crackling or distortions on the S20 FE. A good phone for a refurbished one.
