great product, but didn’t come with a charger. – This is a great product. It came right when they said it would come, and it is in brand new condition. My only complaint is that it didn’t come with a charger. It has the cord, but no charger. So i need to contact the company and get the charger it was supposed to come with. But other than that, it’s a great purchase!

The national retail barcode was not scanned would not activate – National retail barcode was never scanned therefore it would not activate

They sent me a locked phone and didn’t give the pin. – It looks like a great phone but it wasn’t reset… so I can’t get into the phone. The phone came with a password already on it, I looked everywhere in the box and papers to see if they left it in. Not the case, so now I can’t set up my new phone

size difference – smaller phone than our other galaxy 20 5g FE. It was almost size of Galaxy S7. hope new cover fits, it hasn’t shipped yet. otherwise it’s an OK phone. We’ll see how long it lasts.

Didn’t come with all its items – I bought this item because it was out of stock on Samsung site. It came with a charging cable but no charging box. Amazon offered me a 15 dollar gift card. But the Samsung charging box for this model phone is 40 dollars or so. They could have just sent me the charging box or a gift card of the same value.
