The fingerprint reader is a nightmare,I still have not got it to work. – I’m disappointed that I can’t get the fingerprint reader to work, but the phone is a great deal and the seller was ready to give me a refund right away!

Exactly what I hoped for. – This is my second of these phones. From the same source. I ran my first one over with my semi 3 week after I got it. Both were totally unlocked and in new condition. I’m totally satisfied with my purchase and the seller.

Great phone for the money! – This is a “renewed” Samsung S10e, I’ve always loved Samsung phones and this one did no disappoint. Bought this as a secondary phone for travel to Asia along with my Flip4. The only disappointment is the charging block and cable that cam with phone is not Samsung and is defective, hard to insert and have to wiggle to get connection. I know the cord and block are defective because using my other old block and cords and it worked seamlessly! I have contacted seller for a new block and cord, waiting to see if they respond… love the phone though.

Fast and lots of space – Boots up fast after turning it completely off or restarting. Has lots of space, runs games exceedingly well. The face recognition isn’t bad just needs decent lighting and the fingerprint reader is in a strange area. The only real downside is the battery life, but I couldn’t blame the seller. For me it could last about a day, but if I game it only last a few hours. Overall it’s a good phone for the price.
