Do NOT purchase if you have VERIZON! – This phone IS NOT COMPATIBLE WITH AMERICAN CELLULAR ACCOUNTS!!! DO NOT PURCHASE IF YOU HAVE A VERIZON ACCOUNT it will give you so so many problems and you wont be able to send MMS messages its bizarre and I’ve been told its directly due to the phone it is not completely open to cellular providers like it claims. Do NOT purchase if you are a Verizon user or have any other US phone company you will regret it

Almost the Perfect Phone – Missing the Samsung Radio App – My niece and I love this phone (we both have one) we have been using it for about three weeks now and it is amazing. There is one thing that I do not like with this phone and that is the absence of the Samsung radio app. I upgraded from the Samsung A8 Plus and prior to that I had an S4 Mini. Both were international unlocked phones and both came with the regular AM/FM radio app (uses the headphones as the antena). I was surprised to find that the version of the S10 Plus that I have – Exynos version – does not come with this type of radio installed. I personally do not like the internet radio apps or at least would have preferred to have the chance to choose.

Fantastic phone with troublesome fingerprint sensor – I got a brand new S10+ (destined for Dubai). Not sure if it’s just Dubai edition or not, but this version runs perfectly fine with Samsung Pay with the US credit cards and US retailer card readers. Everything else for phone is perfect, love the headphone jack, screen, battery, cameras, NFC, waterproof, etc. The only complaint I have is with the fingerprint sensor. Really don’t understand why all major phone companies putting a tech (in screen fingerprint sensor) that’s strictly worse than previous generation (physical sensor). Accuracy is way down, tolerance (such as water, dust, dry skin, etc) is way down. Right now pretty much I only use face unlock and pin unlock. The rationale is puzzling since in screen sensor is more expensive than a physical one. Otherwise this is a perfect phone.

Best Galaxy of the s10 models – Biometrics still needs some work. Notably improved over the s9+. Sensitivity to changes in skin cause fingerprint reader to not recognize imprint. Wash your hands, use a lotion, get dry skin from working in the yard; doesn’t matter, any subtle change to the skin from when you scanned it seems to interfere with the function. Safe, I guess, but annoying. I’ve tried two separate fingers and thumbs; I’ve tried rescanning 2 times since, but it is only a 2:3 chance at best that it will work for me. Probably good for security, because I can use it for financial account log-ins. But generally, just don’t forget your pattern, and all is well.

Best phone i have. – I got the phone earlier and was in perfect condition. Everything came in the box (brand new phone, earphones, charger, etc.) I got the USA AT&T version which is cool and it’s unlocked so you don’t have to worry about your cell company. Just make sure your phone company is GSM not CDMA.

Great flagship level phone at a low price – I was hesitant about buying a used phone, but I am overall really surprised with how good the phone is. The smoothness of this phone is insane and the battery is really good. On days in which I use it lightly, I will still have about 70-75% left. On heavy days when I stream about 4-5 hours of shows, I will still have really good battery life left. The phone looks really good, with very light signs of usage. But I put a nice fire red shockproof case and and it looks as good as new. The camera quality is amazing, and you can ymreally take some cool night mode pictures. Overall, I’m really satisfied with this phone, with the vendor, and the money I saved while still getting one of Samsungs top phones of last year. I’m hoping to get 2-3 good years of usage at least
