20 Android updates behind – Phone was shipped FedEx..fortunately not found in the neighbor’s snowbank, but left between the doors of a closed business late on a Friday. Found (stepped on) Friday night. No SIM tool (use a bent paperclip).

It’s attractive good performing, as well as has a good sound volume – I’m very happy with the quality of the picture and the sound volume. I can even listen to YouTube in the car without Bluetooth. Although I do use Bluetooth

Locked to Verizon as described, powered right up, popped my SIM card in and was good to go. So glad I took the risk on buying a phone from Amazon when my old phone was spiraling the drain and I couldn’t afford to replace it with a new one through Verizon.

Not new phone – I purchased this and asked seller if it was brand new in which they said yes. Upon turning it on there was already SIM card in it and it had been factory reset. Very dissapointed
