No Sim Card and Damaged Volume button – The phone’s volume button was damaged and the phone became stuck in safety mode. I was unable to utilize my apps. The phone didn’t come with a sim card.

This is a great phone – This is a great phone. The 256GB internal memory is enough for many videos and photos so you don’t next an add-on micro SD card. Video quality is superb and the added EIS is great when taking videos on the go. Battery life is great. I can go for 2 days of medium use without charging. A small glitch is that on Verison, it always shows it is on 4G even though it is connected to a 5G network and the speed test confirms that. So yeah, I am very happy with it.

I wouldn’t purchase this again. – I purchased this phone because of its large amount of gb as my Samsung galaxy s5 was only 32 gb. and some of my apps were starting to not work because it was too full. I thought this galaxy s10 would be equivalent just with more gas, but boy was I wrong. I have been using this phone for a little over a month and I very much dislike it!
