Very good! – There seems to be nothing wrong with this phone, except the volume up button has to be pressed quite firmly to turn the volume up. Volume down button and everything else seems to work perfectly. The battery it came with made the phone very unstable, like it was an old, about out of life battery, but lucky for me, I had a spare Samsung Galaxy S3 battery sitting around from my last phone (I dropped it on concrete too many times without a proper case, and it couldn’t take it anymore). So that would be my only complaints, and the battery was easily fixed, and the volume up button I can live with. I think it did say on the original post that it was in less than perfect condition. Can’t beat the price. I am very satisfied.

Perfect phone at perfect price – We just received the Galaxy III order yesterday and we gave it a try this morning, so far it is what I expected. We are Tmobile customer so we didn’t have any issue on how to start the phone, we just move the sim card to the new phone and its up and running.

Nice phone – First, The phone came before the estimated time of arrival, wonderful! I normally don’t like buying refurbished or used phones but I was in need of a new phone and the price was too good to resist. The phone came in its original box and upon opening it the phone was fully intact, all stickers on the screen and back door, brand new! Usb, charger and headphones included! Unfortunately, The battery seems to not charge all the way to 100% but I just got it so I’m working on that and I hope I can get that fixed….Also, It says tmobile and I have tmobile unfortunately my SIM card was too big to fit so I had to cut it down to fit…i guess tmobile sim chips range in size….I’m just hoping I’m able to fix the battery life(battery life is important since I use my phone for everything, that’s why I gave it 3 stars)..other than that the phone works and looks good….bought refurbished from Apex Trading….

New & Unlocked – I’m a bit of a novice on buying phones since I have always gone to a provider and selected a phone they happened to carry, even if it was not exactly what I wanted. I had some basic needs including compatibility with my blue tooth in my car, that it would work with the new carrier I had chosen, and that it was truly new and unlocked. In searching I found many phones that were questionable as to whether or not they were unlocked, contacted the respective sellers, and never heard back. This told me they weren’t. If you care about new, be careful that you are not actually ordering a pre-owned phone. Nothing wrong with that, but if you want new, be sure that is what you are getting.

Do Not Buy From This Dealer! – Bought this as a Christmas gift for my 7yr old. Camera will not work at all and all phone prompts including voicemail are in Spanish. I regret buying from this dealer. But I trust Amazon. Now my son has a defective phone that will only ring. Smh
