Is delivery offered? And how long does it take to get delivered (Delivery time)
-
Proof of purchase :
Does the shop give you an invoice ?
-
After-sales service :
Do they have an after-sales service to have information about the installation or operation (instructions for use). Also in case of problem, it is the seller who takes charge or you must contact the manufacturer or supplier yourself.

Phone is great – AT&T, not so much – After reading all the hype about the S3 that just came out, I wasn’t sure if I would be happy with a “lesser” model. Plus I have been lusting over the huge screen on the Galaxy Note, and wondering whether to buy one of those. I am happy to say that I cannot imagine being happier with either of those two phones. This phone is amazing – it’s fast, it has a wonderful display, and the voice recognition software is excellent. The seller did a great job of shipping the phone and the phone arrived exactly as advertised.

Amazing Phone! – I spent a lot of time searching for the best unlocked phone with the most bang for the buck (and on a budget). I dread the idea of being locked into a 2-year contract and paying high monthly service fees. I use PureTalk USA, which I have been very pleased with. They piggy back on the AT&T Go Network (GSM) and offer a lot more for your money. I upgraded from an unlocked/rooted HTC HD2 running Jelly Bean (which developed a bad charging port) and it was like moving from a Prius to a Porsche with respect to performance. I paid $380 for mine (at the beginning of January) and used $200 in Amazon Rewards, so I picked it up for $180. If money was no object, I would have bought an S3. To be honest, I probably would have bought a used one on eBay for $100 less, but I wanted to use my Amazon Rewards to bring the price down. But used ones can easily be over $300 anyway. In the end, I was glad to have a brand new one rather than a used one. Enough of that about shopping. I’m super happy with this phone.
