Exceeded expectations… – I typically purchase refurbs and it tends to be like a blind date, you get what you get, sight unseen. This phone arrived carefully packaged to prevent damage. A return envelope was included, but not needed, however the thoughtfulness was on point. Phone may have been a refurb but, to my surprise, it was pristine…would say new! No cosmetic issues, packaged perfectly with plastic coverings, all accessories included. Very pleased with purchase and quality of phone. Only note is the SPen isn’t as sensitive as Notes in the past…you have to apply more pressure to screen than before…just a minor thing to get use to.

Great phone condition – was unlocked – Phone came in near new condition (irrelevant scratch on one corner), fully unlocked (insert any sim and it will configure automatically). The battery is in medium condition (can just get 1 day out of it with light use) as you would expect with 3 year old battery, so I ordered a new replacement battery for $13 on Amazon, and now have a great handset for low cost.

Got what I expected – I was a little worried based on some reviews but I got what I was looking for (was a sprint model) but didn’t really matter. Unlocked paired just fine to ATT… Finger print reader on the note 9 is pretty bad compared to some other phones I’ve had just a heads up. If your fingers are wet/moist at all won’t work

Barely worked at all. Essentially useless. – This phone was represented as new, Verizon unlocked. It would barely pick up a signal. Web browsing was impossible. Continually dropped calls. The phone itself was obviously defective as my wife’s identical s9 note worked flawlessly when mine would just display the rotating circle. Did a reset twice and more than one verizon tech verified it was set up correctly I would have returned it to the seller but verizon gave me more than what I paid for it. Just goes to show you get what you pay for, but nearly $400 for what was essentially a brick is just too much.
