Great Customer Service from Seller – Great customer service, thank you! Don’t believe your local Verizon Rep if they tell you it’s not compatible on their network. I initially had trouble getting it to read my sim card.

Glad I Upgraded to a Note 8! – I upgraded from a Samsung Note 4 to this Note 8. It is faster, and has better screen resolution. I had trouble sending emails with the Note 4. When I asked why, I was told it was just about obsolete. The new Note 8 it very similar to my old Note 4, but it does everything faster and better. I love it! 🙂

Not a great phone (Revised Review-Please read) – I’m revising this review because I’m going to be honest and admit I wrote a lot of it out of anger, and though truthful, I must also take responsibility. On my part, I should have acted sooner not liking the phone. They did indeed respond within their policy, but it would have been a gold star customer service if they’d responded with options before we both got angry, and without the prompting by me. I still don’t like this phone. The touch screen isnt as responsive as it should be, and will change without being prompted. The speed and I expected more from this phone after having the Samsung Galaxy Note 2 and Note 3 years ago. It has some fun features with the pen that I’ve never seen before, but the overall functionality of the phone is dissapointing. Its also difficult to access multiple web pages when you’ve more than one open at a time. Actually, I don’t know if that’s possible with this phone because it hasn’t allowed me to. Now I’d like to say what impressed me with this vendor. Their response time in getting the phone to me was impressive in that it arrived a day early. The phone was physically as described, brand new with the box never opened. Respectfully, I still wouldn’t do business with this company again because to me, and this is just me, there should be a grey line sometimes which they don’t have. Some people have had a great experience with this company, I just happen to be one that didn’t. While I wouldn’t buy a phone from them again, I believe they’re someone you should consider if you read this.

Impressed so far – Nice phone so far. Came quickly, classy packaging, extra USB plugs and very good placement of buttons to take screenshots. Definitely needs a case in order to hold onto the thin lil slippery thing and screen is very sensitive. Battery has to be charged every 8-12 hours even after changing settings to preserve. I love the Note as it has the pen to make notes and customize photos.
