Great phone – I love my galaxy notes. I was upgrading from a note 5….for me a upgrade. This phone worked good at first and the customer service was very helpful. However after a 1 month or so after me having it, the connection began to get really bad. I thought it was the service so I had the service checked and then people started saying can you hear me, and I couldn’t hear people and then it would do a click . However, due to their customer service I would definitely order from them again.

Best Refurb Phone EVER! Never had a glitch. Fast as lightning. Makes my friends so jealous. My phone makes theirs look like toys – The phone came in perfect shape. No sim card. Used my current phones sim card and SD card and moved them into the Note 8. Called Verizon from home and they got it working within 10 minutes. Very impressed with this phone. Beautiful, not a mark on it. Looks brand new. Box had plastic on it, I was just shocked that the phone itself didn’t have a protective piece of plastic on the screen to pull off but there were no scratches. Screen turns off and on – The transfer process went smoothly and everything looked like it was working great the phone had no scratches and looked brand new but…..as I’m going through the phone it started turning off and on and even after forcing it to shut off it would turn back on to show me the same black screen, I’m not happy and I will have to return it.

Pretty good phone but you might want something newer now. – It’s a good phone with good battery and good picture image. Now I don’t know if it’s my carrier Verizon wireless or my phone but I have trouble getting good data service sometimes so that’s always something to think about. Overall it’s a good phone with a great stylus experience and good for multitasking.

Not a Verizon phone – Phone is in perfect condition! I put my SIM card from my Verizon Pixel 3 in it, and it works just fine so far. Verizon doesn’t recognize it in my list of devices. IMEI comes back as an AT&T phone, but not blacklisted. Crossing my fingers there are no issues in the future.
