I love this phone – I love this phone. It has exceeded my expectation and it’s worth the money. Initially, I purchased one of the BLU phones and boy, was I disappointed. The battery life was 5 hours without use. The phone used to shut down for no reasons. I got what I pay for indeed. Then I decided to try the Samsung note 3 and I am very happy I did. The battery life is long, it can go all-day without having to charge. It is beautiful and well made. I have metro PCS and I have no problem using this phone. I highly recommend this phone to anyone who has prepaid plan such as Metro PCS.

Highly disappointed with this experience – First off the Website description states that the phone is UNLOCKED, but it is not. Phone showed up in an AT&T box, and I new immediately that I was probably going to have issues. Still I turned it on just to see and yep after inserting SIM card it was locked. Still working on getting it unlocked. Will be sending phone back for a refund if I have no success with Unlocking it. Highly disappointed with this experience.

Would not get – Ordered this phone as i used to love it and so i wanted one again however you cannot download most apps from the app store as they cannot be installed. In the description it says can be used with straight talk which is not true as its not supported.

I was not happy to see that it came with screen after screen … – I bought this phone to replace my non-working Note 2 phone. There are a few things that are much-less-than-exciting about this one. The fact that it has a different micro-B charging plug means that all my several micro-USB chargers and cords don’t work with it. Also, I was not happy to see that it came with screen after screen after screens FULL of built-in apps that will NOT uninstall. I like to choose the apps I want and not to fill up the phone and use my data with junk that Samsung permanently installed on the phone.

Love my phone – Love my phone!! The only thing is, I am not too sure if this is a new phone or refurbished. The phone came with an already screen protector placed on it and this is odd. To me I was buying a new phone because that’s what the description said.

This phone says 32GB so I bought it thinking it … – This phone says 32GB so I bought it thinking it came with a memory card. It does not come with a memory card or a sim card. It is basically an empty phone. I hoped that for 300 dollars I would have at least been able to activate it but could not.Had to go out and buy the cards for it. Also, it is an AT&T phone, so despite living in the city, I get no service because AT&T does not have many towers I guess. I make due with the phone, but even though I use Straight Talk plans, I wish my phone didnt rely on AT&T towers.

Great phone/work companion – This review is about the Galaxy Note 3. As background I want to mention that I’ve owned the S4and the S5, both great phones. Howver, even though the screen of the S5 is a tad larger than the S4, for me they are both a bit small for texting and doing email. I’ve investigated the S6 as well, also a great phone but the deal breaker for this phone is the fixed battery. What was Samsung thinking? After much research I found the Galaxy Note 3, a perfect phone for me. Its screen is quite a bit bigger that the S5 and I can do a lot more with it without experiencing eye strain. The big savior for me is the built-in electronic stylus which makes it easy to text and write longer emails. it also comes with 3 gig of ram, it has a bright sharp screen and it’s a real joy to work and play with. The battery is removable and I replaced mine with a slim 4700 mAH battery that gives me about 26-27 hrs of battery life. The standard battery that comes with the phone provides around 20hrs, give or take. I might also add that the extended slim battery fits nicely in the phone without neededing a larger back cover. The phone is fast and responsive and the tonal quality
