Great service – The phone itself is outdated and didn’t work properly so I had to return it, but Usps had some major issues and it’s taken weeks and the package has not gotten to celluar gallery, through this time they’ve had amazing customer service and have been very kind. I’d like to give them 5 stars for their customer service.

I’m so sad that this phone is not as good as they said it would be – I was overjoyed when I got this phone. I took it down to T-Mobile who is my carrier for 15 years and had them transfer all of my information from my old phone to it. Since this was an AT&T phone it was difficult for them. I had to go back another time. I also had to buy an SD card to increase the memory because of all of the embedded AT&T apps that I could not delete. As I was using the phone for the past 3 weeks oh, I realized that when making a call my voice cuts out and so does my callers, and it is scratchy sometimes when I am talking. When I take pictures they are not high quality even though I’m using the best setting. When I text people they only get half of the text or none at all. I have a unlimited texting and unlimited calling and have always had no problem at all when using my old phone which was a T-Mobile Note 3. I don’t know why but this phone is not a good one that they sold me. When making phone calls I can’t have half of the words be dropped out of the sentence. And I’m not using Wi-Fi either, I have a contract and I pay do you have real telephone service not relying on Wi-Fi.

The phone is awesome, slim – I bought this cellphone and it got lost somewhere. I wrote to the seller and and in less than a minute I got a call from him! I could not believe it! The guy asked me what happened and said he will call me soon after finds out what is going on with USPS delivery… Next morning he called me again and told me that my package will be delivered to my door before noon. We had an appointment that morning and when we came back home the post delivery notice was in the mail box. So, next morning we went to the post office and picked up our precious little package safe and sound. The phone is awesome, slim, soft back, bright, easy to use, beautiful, the screen extra bright and is a pleasure to use, yeah and the speaker is something else! Wow! We have T-Moble company, so just stuck the sim card in it and it took a minute to install all updates and here we are, T-moble appeared and wi-fi found all computers and all our devices got connected. I am really happy about with my new phone, would buy another one! And one more thing, I want to say special THANK YOU to the Cellular Gallery for your AWESOME SERVICE!!! Thank you guys and Merry Christmas to you!!!

This is an amazing device, but.. – The device stucks at some points, and a battery doesn’t hold as long as expected. Dependind on how I use it, i have to charge the phone twice in 24h. Besides those things, it does a lot of stuff that surprised me!

customer service excellent, quick delivery – customer service excellent, quick delivery….love the phone more than the I-Phone i had…..the camera for some reason takes more blurry pics than my other samsung phones…..but love it over all…..however my bank mobile deposits have been crippled as pics of checks, even when clear are not clear enough….back to inperson banking for deposits.
