Product arrived as ordered – Although refurbished, the phone & it’s packaging looked brand new. Phone was unlocked as promised (I use AT&T), with relatively little bloatwear on it. Worked immediately upon moving the chip from my old phone into it. Everything (apps, data, etc) moved over quickly and easily using the Samsung Switch app on both (old and new) phones. Very happy with this phone and vendor.
