It’s okay. – Its a great phone, awsome features. Battery life is horrible. Even after adjusting the battery saving feature.

Bad Phone. – Well, I got stuck with a lemon. After a number of trips to the Verizon store and phone conversations with tech support, it has been determined that the phone will not make connectivity to cell towers. It is my fault that I waited too long to get to “root cause” of my problem always thinking it had something to do with my service provider, however, in this case it is the phone. A hard financial lesson to learn.

Disappointed – Great phone but not good seller – I purchased this phone in November and had great service but less than 6 months later is went bad. The seller dismissed my claim when I contacted them and essentially told me I had 30 days after purchase in which to be able to return it and that it was now outside of the return window.

Software Updating – Software won’t update past what it came with due to the fact that it’s an international phone. My US Version (4G) of this phone updates regularly. Don’t know why the 5G version can’t get the updates from the US servers, but this is an issue that Amazon should be including when selling international phones.
