It’s a good phone, a lot better than the crappy Walmart … – It’s all right. It doesn’t allow for much storage, so you can only add a few apps. Right now, it won’t let me into my pictures because of space, even though I’ve deleted both pix and vids. But I already knew this was a problem when I read the reviews. It’s hard to slide the answer button over to answer the phone, so I’ve missed a few calls, but it might be because my hands are so dry, the screen doesn’t always respond to them. It’s a good phone, a lot better than the crappy Walmart one I had before. If you’re not all techno-perfection, and you just like to text and browse and talk, it’ll serve you well.

Love it. Couple of heads-up thoughts tho… – Love my new phone. The only thing to warn you of is that it’s kinda hard to find the right case for it. Mall kiosks didn’t carry it, and the first one I ordered on Amszon turned out to be wrong even tho they listed it as able to fit the Express. When searching for a case, be sure it says for Express/J1 cuz the J1 actually did fit at the mall kiosk. Just FYI. Easy to set up; synced with my Galaxy tablet without me having to do anything. Easy to transfer AT&T GoPhone, didn’t even have to do what the instructions said, just went to AT&T, signed in, and put the new SIM and IMEI numbers in. The SIM that comes with it is the Itty bitty kind.

An answered prayer! – I had to find another phone because the perfectly good one I had wouldn’t work with the new 5g SIM card. Wasn’t prepared to spend much right now. Was glad to find this reconditioned one at such a great price . I’m happy with it – it is quite fast which helps make up for having less memory than I had previously. So glad I bought it. By the way, it arrived quickly.

The memory is a bit limited as the items installed when the phone is new uses about half of the available memory. An SD memory card can be installed for music, videos, and photos. It also has some nice features if you look carefully through the menus. I’m satisfied with this phone, but if you are interested in downloading a good number of apps which are not included, you might choose a 16 GB model. The sound quality when making calls is good as well, even when the signal strength is weaker.
