Screen cracked day week 1. – I ordered case and it got delayed and I cracked the screen the day it was supposed to be. Second time in row that happened to me.

dear gosh why do people love samsung? – after LG’s this is a hard phone to use! Ugly , intrusive interface. Phone tries to control you and do what it wants after settings all adjusted. I am done trying Samsung but LG out of biz so need a phone that lets you customize and use and does NOT force things on you like Samsung does.

Very good phone – It seems most of the world is cynical including myself. Just a few words first – no one paid me to say anything and I do not get money from reviews. This phone is excellent. I baby my phones in otter case and use a glass screen protector. When I purchased it (the phone) I thought I was just getting an A71 5G I missed out on the fact it is the UW version with 8 gigs instead of 6 gigs. It is locked to Verizon which is great I use Verizon prepaid and all I had to do was put in the sim from my old phone and then the phone worked!!! I felt like a master of technology. A straight pin works fine to unsnap the sim slot and I used tweezers to remove and install my sim. Anyway check out the difference between the UW version and the LTE version it is a later model and I am very happy. Then Samsung says they will do 3 operating system upgrades, I got my first upgrade almost immediately from Android 10 to Android 11. I do not use Face recognition and a few other things like Bixby. I try to have some privacy…there is a good amount of bloatware and I spent some time getting rid of that. The screen is good. It is not rated for waterproofing so be careful with that, but check out the reviews I do recommend this phone and it looks great.

Just what I wanted – That’s doing a lot of research determining that the a 71 was the phone I needed, I found the perfect phone on Amazon. As soon as it was delivered I unboxed it and it was perfect. I was pleasantly surprised at the remanufactured nature of this phone.
