      Good Phone, Great Features – Struggles with face recognition, but this is of little importance to me – I don’t mind entering a pin. Full of computing power and phone features at a great price point. My wife and I each got one of these phones on a plan when we switch to AT&T for better data in our rural area. The phone’s quality combined with AT&T signal/data in our area is fantastic. So good that we bought this specific excellent refurb’d/renewed Galaxy through Amazon to add another phone line strictly for data as our home’s internet.

      Came in pretty great but not excellent condition – So while they say this phone is “renewed” I can tell that this was a display model on account of the square sticky residue left over from the display holder. The phone was in decent shape but had chipped paint on the top right corner and sticky residue previously mentioned. I would buy at your own risk. Samsung needs to get a new QA team if this is their standard for renewed phones. Came with a Samsung charger and a short USB-C to USB-C cable. The phone works great.

      reason 4 returning, otherwise good/sport seller. – when I inserted T mobile SIM, it said emergency call ONLY. I took the phone to T mobile because I thought my SIM might not be compatible to 5 G…I assumed because it works well on my 4 G phone.
