Use oneui – Lots of advertisements until I switched to oneui….then I understood why people like Samsung so much…..am a believer now!!!

****BEWARE of description, not accurate**** – The device is described as being unlocked, meaning it is not bound to a specific carrier, it should be compatible with all carriers. Yet when I receive the device in the mail and try to activate it, I am told by Sprint that, based on the IMEI number, they could see that the device is not eligible for activation. The reason being the device is international, which is a stupid reason but whatever. The main point is that the product description is not entirely accurate. The seller I purchased from was Cell Universal, and they actually included an insert in the phone packaging, which I did not fully read when opening the phone, that says it is not compatible with CDMA carriers like Boost Mobile, Spectrum Mobile, US Cellular, or Cricket Wireless, but somehow claims to work with T-mobile (which is a lie because I have Sprint, which is now run/owned by T-mobile) and AT@T. I have not tested the latter, but I suspect they would also say it’s not eligible, because why would I give the seller the benefit of the doubt? Or maybe they are just being negligent and have not properly updated their product description. Either way, just do NOT buy this phone if you are trying to use it in the USA. The phone itself seemed great from the minimal amount I interacted with it. I’m just pissed off that I was misled into thinking this phone was a safe purchase. Now I will be charged a $60 restock fee by Cell Universal. BE WARY OF CELL UNIVERSAL. Or just know with 10000000% certainty that what is described is what you are getting.

Touch screen stopped working in 80 days of purchase . – The camera quality both front and rare are not so good as we expect from Samsung .touchscreen stopped working before 3 month of purchase.
