      Trying Samsung But Disappointed – Discovered phone was used. Could not transfer/activate Tracfone service bc the installed SIM card # did not match the SIM card info that was provided with phone. Tracfone Tech instructed me to check the SIM card inside the phone and found to be different. May be reason first buyer returned the phone to seller (Emily’s Store). Seller may or may not have known there was a problem, but all merchandise should be checked before reselling. Disappointed in some basic functions that require more manipulation (2-3 screens) to finalize. Some settings/functions are unclear on the screen, so trial and error approach is required. 1Weather app is available and working, but the information bar that is displayed on LG phone home screen will not display on Samsung. LG 1Weather always displays current temp & time. Samsung does not. It has to be manually updated.

      Meh…text book example of poor human machine interface. – Although this A21 is far larger and powerful than the old Moto is replacing, I do miss the hand and gesture motions that allowed me to switch on the flashlight and the camera by shaking or rotating my hand, or skipping Pandora songs by holding the up volume…this now requires in the A21 touching the screen, in winter equals to gloves off. I do not need the aggravation of after hitting the “power off” icon, being asked a second time to hit the power off icon and then (third operation) to type the pin …all this just to shut down the A21 every night. Similar redundant confirmations make the Samsung clumsy on what should be seamless operations …i know it sounds silly, but integrated functionality makes me long for the Moto despite the raw power of the Samsung. This product needs to mature to play in the big leagues.

      Nice phone for price – It’s a good phone, it’s a bit laggy here and there but it still works. If it’s for gaming I’m not sure I really don’t play that much games on it other than geometry dash and it works fine. Also the ds emulator works, I don’t play much because I have a switch but it does run and is playable

      I love the phone now that I have figured it out. – I love the clear screen. I had a lot of trouble setting up voice mail and message. I’m quite tech savy, but a few directions would have been quite good. I had to watch a lot of U-tube videos. I feel there is a sharp learning curve. I had a big problem, because I couldn’t hear the calls or voice mails. I cleaned out hole on top of phone and now it’s fine. By the way turning up volume did not help a bit.

      Mostly good, except no way to move apps to SD card. – So far, mostly good, especially for the price. But one MAJOR Flaw: No way to move apps to SD card. I hope that gets fixed. I looked in forums and other people had the same issue.
