Buyer Beware ..Carrier unlocked NOT Factory unlocked. – I attempted to purchase this item ..Both times I was sent either USED or a DEFECTIVE product.. The Phone is NOT Factory unlocked , they are Carrier Unlocked.. All of the Preinstalled Carrier Bloatware and apps will still be on the phone regardless of your current carrier. In my case it was Metro PCS. It would not even allow me to factory reset the phone. Atop all this, the phone also arrived with what can only be described as a dead pixel. This purchase was a disaster. The Customer service was nothing to brag about either.

Unhappy – Don’t buy this phone. It was a unlocked phone that was supposed to be able to use with ATT but it wouldn’t let me access my data plan. When I sent the company a message asking them to call me all I got was messages.I sent the phone back in prefect condition. They are trying to say it was scratched.
