a great phone that won’t make you break the bank – I think they need to provide more instructions for how to work this phone so that all the features can be used. It is a great phone for the money. I was disappointed that there was no charging cable that came with it….I also bought the Otterbox at the same time, just to keep the phone safe.

Easy set up – Price point was about par with other retailers, remember they always charge more for a unlocked phone. As far as set up, I had significant problems recieving text messages. I was forced to call Samsung’s help line, and after an hour, prob solved. Yes an hour. Speed it great . So far so good with everything else .

Good phone overall – Overall this is a very good Android phone for the price. No issues setting it up and 5G works well. The package doesn’t include a charger or a transfer cable/adapter. So if you are transferring data from your older device and don’t have a cable to connect the 2 phones you will have to do it wirelessly which takes longer.

Don’t get caught in a high costly phone plan – Don’t get caught in a high cost phone plan. This phone works on all networks and I have tried them all. Att prepaid data 15 gb $40.00 + taxes and fees per month plan with roll over, speeds about 42mbps. Ultramobile prepaid 15 gb plan $35.00 +taxes per month through T Mobile cellular close to tower 500mbps fast. Far away from tower about 250mbps.

Awesome value. Unbelievably nice screen – Let me start by saying I’m used to having Samsung Notes. So being used to having a premium phone (and not being able to afford one at the time) I thought this phone would be disappointing. I am pleased to report that there is no lag time. It doesn’t get hot. The screen is amazing!…almost as good as my note. The battery life is phenomenal. literally this phone is every bit as good as my note was at one quarter of the cost. I’m very happy with it….!

No more carrying around a charger – A Major upgrade to my wife’s old phone, No more hearing about low space she can download anything she wants and we haven’t even put in a memory card yet. The camera is excellent. The battery is way better than any phone we’ve ever owned.

Average – The speaker is in a poor location. At the bottom of the phone instead of at the top. Often it is covered or partially covered by my hand or lap. The fingerprint recognition doesn’t work well. I hold my phone in my left hand and my fingers touch the on/off button to activate the phone. That is where the fingerprint recognition is located. After you have touched it 5 times with another finger it deactvates the fingerprint recognition capability and you have to delete the saved print and start over again. I didn’t pay an extreme amount. I don’t watch movies on it. I use it for text, calls, photos and music. If it holds up then it was worth the cost.
