      Good substitute for the more expensive galaxy phones phones – Got this as a phone for my 14 year old and haven’t heard any complaints.

      Not as advertised – No, it was NOT unlocked. I took it to the Consumer Cellular Rep at Target to transfer my old phone. It opened up to a LOCKED Verizon phone and he could do nothing. This vendor wasted 5 days of my time and I still had no phone. I bought the A13 while I was at Target and walked out a happy customer. I won’t deal with “renewed” again. Loving my NEW A13.

I will now have to find someone who can unlock it then pay an additional amount to unlock the phone. I think it is very unacceptable to take a phone that is locked and sell it as unlocked.
