Bye bye to overrated Iphone. – I’m done with iphone, it’s overrated. I threw out my $700 iphone 6 yesterday after trying to replace a failed battery. I’m impressed with the Galaxy A11. Big screen, lots of features, long lasting battery, and vast apps to download. I installed face and touch finger recognition for the first time which updated me with the latest technology. My iphone had none of those fearures offerred like the Samsung A11. I like the duel sims and memory card on one tray also. You can pretty much do anything on this budget phone, Bye bye to iphone. You can go buy iphone for a high cost and get less technology, or payless for this A11 and get more technology the choice is yours. The A11 speed is not super fast but does the job, so don’t complain to much the phone it’s only $132. You want a super fast reacting phone than go for the $1000 flagship phone, just stop whining about this budget phone. I took the A11 to the Dominican Republic and it works great internationally.

Screen broke after the 1st drop – Dropped the phone 1 time and the screen got shredded. Will not by Samsung again! Very disappointing.

Why buy an expensive phone? – This is just as good, and in some ways better, than the S8 or S9. I have no idea why people spend so much on those phones. I did have very low expectations for this, but was quite surprised. Probably will never buy a premium priced phone again. Two sim cards and fully unlocked. Note that the native language is spanish on mine, but that was 99% resolved with one step. One app still has a Spanish label and I find it charming. Battery life exceeds S8 and S9.

Fair and prompt service. – Unfortunately the unlocked Samsung phone I ordered didn’t work entirely with my AT&T service. I gave 5 stars because the return and refund policy was easy and efficient and the company gave clear instructions how to return the phone if it did not work.
