dissappointed – no manual, unable to navigate settings, album pictures missing. not easy to use. cannot use front screen,will not take pattern to open. priced too much for not being able to use easily. no help available . very disappointed, will probably return this phone if can’t find someone to help me use it.

Questionable Advertising – Was overall pleased with the condition of the device, though once I turned it on I was wary of the “Verizon” logo that appears during the start up. There was a note in the box with the device that assured me that the device I purchased is, in fact, “Factory Unlocked” and once a new sim card is inserted and a factory reset is completed, it should work.

Used phone. I expected scratches and dents but it was like new – No instructions or quick start flyer. Amazon tech was NOT helpfull. I had to submit questions and they said theyd get back in 3-5 days. It came without a sim card and i had to go out and buy one from Verizon store. Once up and running i was very happy with it. Battery life is good. I prefer the fingerprint scanner on the camera like my s9+. This has it on the on off switch. The big screen when unfolded is perfect.
