Not what I hoped for – I like the color things I did not like overheats when charging Repeat message from microphone Talk time on mic is very short, Unfortunately My 30 days was up before I could send it back or else I would have.

Better of buying new – I bought this phone as a replacement for the EXACT same phone. I know this is refurbished but the battery life is 1/3 of my previous phone and when I’m on a phone call, the calls sound very bad. I’m actually very disappointed on this phone’s performance.

Seller never responds. – Good phone at good price, but my SPen doesn’t connect and the seller never responded to any of my messages. So, now I’m stuck with a note that doesn’t do what only Notes can do. I guess I should think of it like I bought the regular Galaxy instead of the Note.

Great phone but you can’t use regular headphones with it – I love this phone but, I was so disappointed when I realized I can’t plug my headphones in. It doesn’t fit. I have to buy a different kind. Also, the technology is a bit scary when I talk about something near my phone, all of a sudden, that thing starts showing up as an ad.. like coats, or dogs or something. Makes me think they must be looking at me too.

so fair , excellent conditions – hard to believe you can fine a 2 year old flagship at a inexpensive prices , so fair all working good , screen in prefect condition, case ok for plastic, does feel warm wend gamming, cameras, fingerprint working good , may be the last of the small notes, voice and connection is much better than last generation, volume is pretty loud to, very happy with phone .
