Junk – I purchased this phone back in Oct 2021 and from the first moment I got the phone it didn’t work and between boost and Samsung prolonging the issues with the phone no one wants to take back the phone and give me one that works .My issues are people can’t here me but I can here them ,I don’t get calls or messages when people call my phone never rings or becomes a missed call it just goes to space I quest, messages either I don’t get or days later I will get it or people tell me it says undeliverable. Samsung had me take it to a fix it shop they said it is defective and can’t be fixed but Samsung who sent me there wants me to send them the phone to be fixed and what am I supposed to do with out a phone and I just got the phone I want a new one because it is new and don’t work.I am so sorry I got this mess of a phone.

I am returning this phone – This phone is advertised as a Boost Mobile phone. However it was such a nightmare to get up and running I had to take it to the Boost store in hopes they could get it up and running. No such luck after working on it for overf 30 mins so they recommended I return it.
