      Great phone durable phone. – This phone is a great value. Very durable and easy to use. I bought this phone for my dad who has Parkinson’s disease. He struggled using other phones and has been able to work this phone well. Long battery life I don’t have to worry about the battery running down during the day.

      Not compatible to MINT MOBLE – False advertising. Not compatible with Mint Mobile or any carrier who piggyback off TMOBILE don’t purchsse . No customer service to call or handle your issues

      Sound is horrible and hard to listen – Good for kid because is tough phone but the speaker is not good it all

      Cheap and annoying – Very cheap materials and construction. Annoying “Blip” sound whenever you press a button and NO setting to turn it off. Why in the hell would you program a permanent cartoon “Blip” noise into a phone? Instruction manual is very lacking in information as well. Under the “Charging the battery” section it just says to charge for at least 12 hours. No indication of where the hell the charging point is. I was trying to avoid all of the crap that comes with a smartphone but this is not worth it. The phone I really wanted does not operate in North America, so I’m stuck with this POS.

      If using trac phone service, it is locked to the Tmobile network!! – Not a truly unlocked phone! Works great if you get the correct bring your own phone kit with Trac Phone.
