Not really shock resistant – I gave this phone to my 13-year-old kid for him to use it in a normal way and the first time he had a fall on the phone, the screen came out, it doesn’t seem broken, but now it is not working at all, and the repair shop says that the screen is broken internally, and there are no repair pieces in Costa Rica where my son lives… not worth the 220 I paid for it.

The microphone is very clear. Now the down size. Did I mention it is heavy? Also I am constantly putting people I am on the phone with on mute!!! Why because where the mute is located my cheek hits it. I am trying to figure out how to move the mute function. Also the seller had a card with the phone to send back and I would receive a memory card. That was 3 weeks ago and I have not heard back from them. That has nothing to do with the phone just a seller issue. So 5 stars for the phone.

Despite being a brick with a great battery life (a few days), the screen shattered today after a 2 ft drop. Iphones do better regarding drops, and those things are glass front and back. Now, the actual phone bit. The phone itself does not really do calls well, but it’s good enough if you don’t mind repeating yourself. Drag down settings sometimes gets stuck. Overall, cheap is as cheap does.

Not as rugged as advertised and 0 customer support – Bought the phone “unlocked” but have yet to find a carrier that will allow it on network in the continental US. Every carrier tells me the phone is carrier locked which leads me to believe the IMEI was spoofed. Whatever I have a hotspot for work so that is irrelevant. What is relevant is the fact that despite being less than a year old and never leaving my work vehicle the charger port has broken to the point the device is unchargeable. I can wiggle the usb c cable around and get a smidge of a charge but it’s inconsistent and too annoying to deal with. I have yet to receive a response from the manufacturer despite weekly emails since September of 2021. Battery life is the only good thing about this phone.
